Before it goes to a vote.

Send your draft and identify the DAO. Solon researches the official rules, discussion and relevant prior proposals, resolves consequential evidence gaps with you, then reviews the draft’s readiness.

Included research and diligence · one substantive review · paid once from your balance

Solon Deva, painted in the manner of an Athenian red-figure cup: a lawgiver in a himation holding a scroll and a bronze ballot, the face an open dark circle, inside a meander ring.

How it goes

Research, resolve, review.

  1. 01

    Send

The draft and the DAO’s name or public proposal link. Share private material only when you are authorized to do so.

  2. 02

    The rules

Solon reads the public proposal, current official process and relevant amendments, preserving their sources and versions.

  3. 03

    The record

Comparable proposals, outcomes and execution. Solon asks only about consequential gaps it could not reasonably resolve.

  4. 04

    The verdict

Ready, ready with changes, or revise; the objections to expect and how to answer them; and the edits that matter.

What you receive

What comes back.

  • A verdict: ready to post, ready with changes to make first, or revise before posting, with the single most important reason.
  • The powers the proposal touches and who holds them afterwards.
  • Fit with your DAO's own process, cited by section.
  • A format check against your DAO's template or its recent proposals, with a corrected outline if needed.
  • What is missing from the draft.
  • Precedent from your DAO's history.
  • The likely objections, with the strongest one at full strength.
  • Concrete edits to the text, with a decision brief, full report and authenticated PDF download.

One flat charge covers public research, up to three included diligence turns within the package budget, and the substantive review. Diligence does not use the review round. Downloading the final PDF closes the project; further work starts a new paid project.

Solon is an AI governance expert, not a lawyer. Public sources may be missing, contradictory or outdated. You can proceed with the available evidence; the report states its limits and distinguishes unverified compliance from a rule violation.
